Q: Communications
If you select during the order process or at other times when you submit personally identifiable information, the information you provide may be used by Chief Powerboats to create and deliver to you our newsletters, surveys or other communications containing product information. If you prefer not to receive such Communications, please do not select the ‘Please inform me option’. If you do select this option and later decide that you would no longer like to receive these communications, please use the features made available to you.
Q: Brochure Mailing List
If you have requested a Chief Powerboats brochure, all information is kept completely confidential and is not shared with any third parties. We may, on occasion, send you an updated catalog or brochure. If you do not wish to receive any mail from Chief Powerboats, please contact us via email at . Include your name and mailing address and email address. You will be removed from any future mailings.
Q: Communications to Serve You

Chief Powerboats seeks to protect the security of your personal information both online and offline. All credit card transactions are secure. Every on-line order is encrypted and sent through a secure server, using SSL technology to prevent information from being intercepted.
Confidential information such as your credit card number will be used only to fulfill your order. To protect your privacy, we will ask you to enter your credit card number and expiration date each time you place an order with us. This way, even if someone else accesses the account information stored on your computer, they won't be able to use your credit card.
E-mail is not encrypted and is not a secure means to transmit credit card numbers. We will only display the last 4 digits of your credit card number on your account.

Return & Exchange Protocol
Thank you for your recent purchase. If your purchase needs to be returned or exchanged for any reason, please contact us at info@chiefpowerboats.com
We ask that you provide your name, order number, and the item(s) that you are looking to return. We also ask to provide a comment regarding the reason for the return (i.e. wrong size, damaged, or, other).
If the item being returned is no longer available as we do offer limited edition items or short-run production, we will offer a refund or store credit in the amount matching the original purchase.
Conditions for Returns/Exchanges:
- Returns for merchandise are accepted with original proof of purchase, so long as the product is in as-new condition with the original tags attached to the items.
- Returns are accepted within 7 business days of receipt of the item.
- If a defective item was received, please contact us, to discuss the exchange. We will request pictures of supporting documentation to proceed with any defective item exchange.
Return Item Process:
To return your item:
- E-mail info@chiefpowerboats.com to begin your return/exchange process.
- Repackage your product in the original packaging and include a copy of your receipt. Please provide your contact information if different than the information that is on the receipt.
- Ship your item with any traceable delivery service that is convenient to you. We ask that you provide a copy of your tracking number to help speed up the return/exchange process.
- Returns typically take 5 to 10 business days to process and a notification of your return will come via e-mail.
- All credits will be placed using the original form of payment.

The Chief Powerboats 42 Warrior mold was built utilizing the original 47' Apache mold but shortened to 42'. The Chief Powerboats hull also incorporates the addition of our Delta Twin Step®.
